EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENT

If you would like to exchange your purchase for alternative items at Jackdanza, please contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery by messaging us over Whatsapp at (+91) 98982 60654 or calling us during working hours i.e 11 AM – 4 PM (Monday-Friday).

Exchange is only possible once per order. Any order that consists of Free Product such as Vests, Hoodies cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality control check. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer. In case if there’s any manufacturing defect, we will arrange the reversepickup at our own cost. 99% of the times the products are defect free, and are passed through double quality check. The defect will only be identified on receiving the goods at our warehouse. The replacement will only be shipped after Quality control of the product sent back.

We have 2 methods to return back the product or products back to us.

  1. You can self-ship the product back at the same address as mentioned on the package. One side shipping remains the customer’s responsibility. Once you ship the parcel, kindly share the tracking details (Receipt) for our reference.
  2. We offer a reverse pickup facility at an additional fee of Rs 90 per product for TrackPants & Rs. 75 per product for T-shirts, Shorts, Vests as product handling & logistics cost (Reverse Pickup). No Reversepick is available for Hoodies or Caps. The customer needs to selfship the package back to us for a replacement.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited as a full refund in Jackdanza Wallet (Except Reversepickup Charges). For bank based refunds the Shipping & Reversepickup cost will be deducted from your order (Rs. 150 fixed shipping charges for up to 2 products or 75 Rs additional for any order above two items). Please note that we bear cost of shipping on every order you place. A return for a refund includes Shipping + Reversepickup cost which is strictly non-refundable.

If you require refund as store credit, no shipping charges will be deducted, only reversepickup charge will be adjusted from your order value.

Your package was free shipping, why would you charge us the cost of shipping? That’s because every package we ship incurs a cost of logistics. Shipping & Reversepick are an additional service to us, hence chargeable.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR REVERSE PICKUP ?

It is as simple as scanning a QR code while you pay for your food orders in a restaurant. Scan our QR Code which can be used with any payment partner that includes – Paytm, Googlepay, Phonepe, Amazon pay & a lot many. A reversepick charge is to be paid in advanced before arranging for the pickup to assure timely pickup of your order.

The return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, we cannot be held accountable for the loss of a return. If you opt for reverse pickup, a cost of reversepickup will be applicable.

The postage cost of returning the item to us is Customer’s responsibility unless there is a fault with the item in question which will be determined upon receiving the return. 

We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been washed, used or are under clearance sale.

Replacement is subject to availability. Replacements are only possible on Size Issues or Company Defects.

We do not offer Money Back in Bank or Paytm. The refunds are only done in Jackdanza Store as Gift Voucher.

Clearance Sale Products are Non-Returnable.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. Jackdanza has the right to refuse a return should it not follow our returns guidelines.

SAFE AND EASY RETURNS

We very much hope that you will love the products that you have purchased from Jackdanza. It is very important to us that you feel entirely satisfied with your purchase and that you are happy with your shopping experience at Jackdanza. If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, you can simply return your Apparels to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery by following the Return Instructions

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Easy Return Policy. To return an item to us, please send an email to care@jackdanza.com or WhatsApp us @ (+91) 98982 60654 to specify the exact reason for the return. Once your issue is confirmed for returns by our team, please place the goods in their original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed. Please fasten the Returns Address label provided with your order to the front of the parcel.

The purchaser will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning goods to us if the product ordered is shipped exactly as ordered. Please ensure that your returned goods are shipped to us using IndiaPost our approved courier.

Maximum Courier charges up to 500 Grams are under Rs. 90.

Arranging a Refund or Exchange

When the goods have been returned and safely received by Jackdanza, we will notify you by WhatsApp Or Email to arrange a Replacement. Refund is provided as Gift Voucher Only, logistics cost upto Rs. 150 fixed shipping charges up to 2 Products or additional 75 Rs per product above 2 products be deducted during refund. No Refunds are done in a customer’s bank account or Paytm.

Please Also Note :

We request that all goods being returned are shipped back to us within 7 days of us approving the returns. We shall be entitled to ask you for confirmation of the date you returned the goods to us. In the event of failure to return any goods to us within the time limits stated, even though validly canceled, we reserve the right to charge any costs for recovery of the goods by us. 
Please note that, unless shipment of the goods is arranged using our approved courier services as set out above, all goods returned to us are at your own risk until we receive them.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All our goods are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive goods that are not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

If after inspecting your apparel, we are satisfied that it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will exchange the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. We will notify you by email when you can expect the items to be shipped back to you.
